Day 19
I like to work out 2 to 3 times daily which consists of jogging 1 mile 3 times daily, 100 sit ups 3 times daily, and lastly 60 push-ups per day.
Doing this for the first 5 days made my abs rip out of my chest, and put my body in the best shape I think I'll ever be in for my life. I am currently 19 years old, weigh 126.5 lbs, and I feel like a million bucks every day.
