We formed a group of women that meet once a week to support each other and also for accountability purposes. We talk about what worked and what didn't. We share recipe ideas and any other weight loss tips that worked.
Then we belly up to the scale for the moment of truth! We keep track of our progress and we celebrate each other's successes for the week. The person that loses the most weight gets to take home this silly little trophy as a reminder of their success. They also have to bring a low calorie snack to the meeting the next week.
It's like a ladies night out but we're focused on losing weight and not on things that make us gain weight.
